For a Lake Lure slope, include the driveway, turning space, obstacles and the nearest water in your photos. If there is access only from above, say so. Remote-controlled equipment does not make every hillside workable: footing, erosion, rocks and the route out all affect the assessment.
If the proposed clearing is near the shoreline, a drainage channel or a shared access road, identify those constraints before seeking a price. The lake itself dates from 1926, when the dam on the Rocky Broad River was completed, according to the town's own history. The developer had bought Chimney Rock in 1902 and eventually held about 8,000 acres, roughly 12.5 square miles, in and above the valley; the full impoundment was finished in 1927. Can you reach a lot with no road below it?
