WHO DOES THE WORK
Kudzu off your trees: the Brush Masters crew
return visits quoted separately
Land clearing from $1,500. Sounds crazy? It's not. It depends on acreage and location.
Kudzu Removal NC is a Brush Masters site. We built it because people do not search for forestry mulching when kudzu is eating their fence line; they search for kudzu removal. Everything on this site is the same crew, the same machines and the same phone number you reach at brushmastersco.com.
Brush Masters is a forestry mulching and land clearing company based in Rutherfordton, North Carolina. The work runs across residential back lots, pasture and fence lines, steep lakefront ground at Lake Lure, storm cleanup in the Hickory Nut Gorge, and invasive growth like kudzu, privet and honeysuckle that has been left alone too long.
The equipment matters for kudzu. Tracked forestry mulchers turn a vine mat and the smothered brush under it into a mulch layer in one pass, with nothing hauled and nothing burned. For some steep-ground work, Brush Masters uses a remote-controlled mulcher. Equipment suitability still depends on access, footing, obstacles and the actual slope. A remote machine is not a promise that every hillside can be cleared; the assessment must establish the workable scope.
Pricing is fixed per project and written down before work starts. No day rates. The $1,500 starting price covers the first visit: cutting and mulching the growth and treating the root crowns on a small, accessible area, and it moves with acreage, slope, access and how thick the growth is. Return visits for regrowth are quoted separately as a maintenance plan; we recommend one for kudzu, and you see that price in writing before anything is scheduled.
Brush Masters works Rutherford County first, then Polk, Cleveland, McDowell and Henderson counties and across the line into Spartanburg County, South Carolina. Being based in Rutherfordton keeps travel short for most of that area, which keeps small jobs affordable.
